We are a family run business which was established on 6th August 1971 with the purchase of Station Approach in Hereford, we now have built up a portfolio of 69 properties varying in size from small office and garage space to large commercial units all over Herefordshire which we let and at a very reasonable price.

The founder of the company was Ron Marshall who's background was in refrigeration and for many years as a professional referee at the highest level.

Ron was later joined by his son Bob and then in 2001 his grandson Ady.

Bob and Ady now run and manage the company with Karen (Bobs wife) taking care of the office work.
